I was watching a dateline program that said people have come up with a new way to make meth which takes no cooking or complicated chemical sets. Anyone seen this?

Is it the worst? Worse than crack or heroin? Seems the answer is yes from my personal experience dealing with people who use those drugs. What do you think?

Take a state like Kansas or Hawaii, the meth problem is so bad. Then, take a state like Florida, the meth problem is relatively non-existent. Why is this? Is it because of the geographical setup?
